Dru Yoga with Suzie Williams

If you are wanting to get back in to exercise or yoga, are a little older, have a few more niggles than you once did and/or simply cannot move as quickly, why not come and give dru yoga with Suzie a try.
Dru yoga is gentle, flowing style of yoga, suitable for all ages and most conditions. Simple modifications make it very accessible for anyone to do and derive benefits in their health and wellbeing. Suzie has taught Dru Yoga for over 12 years and her focus is on helping you to enjoy moving your body while developing balance, flexibility and confidence as well as relaxation and inner calm.
