Krama means “steps”. In our energy-flow Yoga, every posture and exercise (vinyasa) prepares our muscles / physiology for the next posture or exercise.

We work towards releasing tension in problem areas such as the hips and lower back. This means that most “traditional” Yoga poses feel relatively comfortable by the time we arrive at the them.

With regular attendance, our Yoga classes improve focus, strength, flexibility, range of movement and balance and instill breath and postural awareness.

Our sequences are based on traditional Yoga and qi gong, combined with science-based, exercise-physiology. They are designed with modern bodies in mind.

We continually offer adaptations and modifications, whether easier or deeper.

Our Yoga and energy-based system will nourish the health of your nervous system – provided you listen carefully to the teacher!*

*Consistency is the key; please know that if you are too casual, you won’t reap the benefits of your Yoga practice!

It is extremely important that you always take responsibility for your own body. Competitiveness, pride and/or worrying about what others are doing means it can be hard to stay focussed on you! It is also important to note that these are group rather than remedial classes and therefore not suitable for people with serious injuries or health condition.
